| uRateIt was created to provide consumers with the tools to freely rate and write about their
experiences with a particular product, service, or place and compare available prices offered by
several online merchants in order to make more informed buying decisions. We believe an impartial
review is the best measure of how a business is doing and satisfying consumers' needs. |

| 2. | Do I have to register to use your site? |
| Registration is not required in order to visit our website. However, registration entitles you
to several benefits. For examples, registration enables you to access and edit your ratings. You may have
made a mistake in rating a product or service. Registration enables you to correct that mistake!

| 3. | Do you change or modify ratings? |
| No, NEVER. We reserve the right to review any ratings and delete them, should they contain flammatory remarks.
However, we do not modify ratings. We either delete them or leave them as they are. |

| 4. | I rated a product, but my review was deleted. How come? |
| Well, there might be two possibile reasons for this:
1) Your comment contains flammatory remarks. We do not tolerate that. As a result, those ratings will be deleted.
2) You hit the "Rate It!" button twice. As a result, two duplicates were received, and one was deleted. |

| 5. | Can I add a product or a service I want to rate? How do I do that? |
| Of course you can. For example, if you want to add or rate a restaurant you dined at which is
not currently in our database, you just click on the "Add restaurants" link shown on the various
restaurants related pages and fill all the required fields. Your new restaurant suggestion will be
reviewed shortly and added to our database in no time! |

| 6. | Who can review the items shown on your website? |
| Anyone who has had actual, real life experience with the product, service, or place her or she is about to rate!
That includes unregistered users, registered members, and volunteer editors. |

| 7. | How does the rating system work? What am I actually rating businesses on? |
| When you decide to rate an item shown on our site, you are presented with the possibility to leave a
free form comment together with a pre-set choice of at least 3 criteria pertinent to the item category you are rating. For example,
if you are rating a restaurant, you will have give a score of 1 to 5 on Food, Ambience, and Services. In addition,
you will have to leave a free-form comment of no more than 1000 characters. |

| 8. | What if I want to notify you about a rating I think should be reviewed again? |
| Every rating has a flag icon link you can click on if you want to bring a particular rating to our attention.
As soon as we get notified, we will start the review process. |

| 9. | What if I want to notify you about a product or service which I think may have incorrect information? |
| Although we check thoroughly every new item addition, mistakes can happen. If that's the case, you can click on the Flag This! link next to every item
description to notify us about any incorrect information shown on our site. |

| 10. | I can't find a category I would like to rate. |
| We offer our users the unique possibility of creating their own categories of products they would like to rate, if they are not yet included in our system.
You can do so by clicking here. Your
suggestion will be reviewed shortly and added to our database. What's more, we may even power our
systems with a preloaded list of products or services relating to your freshly created category. This way, you can really

| 11. | Don't you think your website might be used by flamers? |
| Like any other website where users contribute reviews free from any editorial control, there is the possibility that
it might be used by flamers improperly. However, there is a clear distinction between a negative rating and a flaming one. We let the former stand, we delete the latter!
Surprisingly, about 70% of reviews are positive. |

| 13. | How do I remove a product, service, or business and any associated ratings from your site? |
| Well, you can't. We believe consumers' opinions are the best way of measuring how a business
is doing its job: satisfying customers' needs. This way, your rating acts as a scorecard, and it should entice
businesses to always do better and better. |
