Among the several features uRateIt offers its users to enhance their surfing experience is the possibility of getting a print version of your business or product selections. "What's the big deal?", some of you may ask. As most of you know already know, printing a document from its specially formatted printer version is not the same thing as printing it from a regular interface web page. That is, when you print data on a regular web page, you also end up printing a lot of unnecessary stuff like graphics, advertising boxes, etc. That is definitely not the way to go, especially in those cases when content is the only thing you are interested in.
To overcome this technical issue, we decided to offer our users a simple but effective print version of businesses and products pages clean of graphics and interfaces clutter. The original version of our print preview add-on involved mashing item details, reviews, and map all in one print version of it. We recently decided to change that in favor of a more selective approach. Currently, our users are able to get separate versions of business details such as street address, contact numbers, etc, business ratings, and map location if available. This way, surfers who only want to print, let's say, business ratings, are free to do that.
To unleash the full potential of this great add-on, you just have to look for the printer icon floating to the right side of each Details, Ratings, and Map sections on individual business or products pages. Sooner than you think you will be on your way to print nicely formatted clutter free print versions of your favorite business selections. Just make sure you have enough printing paper!
